A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Thard-i Bálint és felesége: Veronika asszony Pangoth-i Baytharhar Konrádtól 60 arany forintot vettek kölcsön és beleegyeztek, hogyha ezt az összeget neki András apostol napjáig vissza nem fizetik, akkor a hitelező az adósok Sopron megyei Agyagus possessiójának birtokába bevezettetheti magát. - Bal oldalán az alsó 6 sorának fele-harmada hiányzik. - Hátlapján kitöredezett rányomott pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) CSORNAI KONVENT
