Sab. a. Nat. Joh. Bapt. Bodogffalwa. Bathor-i András szatmári ispán Kapy Lászlónak, bwyak castrum várnagyának, familiárisának. Bwyak-i jobbágyai kérték, hogy a rájuk kivetett taxát engedje el, de ezt nem teheti, csak felét engedi el. Holnap indul Budára, Irsazegh-en reggelizik, legyen ott Kapy László, hogy vele Budára tudjon menni. Eredeti, papír.
