IV. p. Ponteciane - Buda. II. Lajos király Bertholth-i Szaniszlónak, Sowar-i Soos Péternek, Hashagh-i Farkas Lászlónak, Thernye-i Imrének, Fys-i Jánosnak. Kapy- Miklós előadta, hogy bizonyos Palwagas nevű possessioja és Sebes-i Tamás, Sebes-i János fia István Kewrewsfew possessioja közötti erdők ügyében (Sáros m.) a címzettek tanúskodását várja és fél, hogy valamelyikük elmarad. A király megparancsolja, hogy Sáros megye előtt a címzettek tanúskodjanak az ügyben. Eredeti, papír. Szöveg alá nyomott pecsét papírfelzettel.
