5. d. inquis. A szepesi káptalan jelenti Paloch-i Máté nádornak, hogy Babapathaka-i Balázs nádori ember és Péter deák (litteratus) karbeli klerikus okt. 30-án (Don. a. Omnium S.) Sáros megyében eljárva megtudták, hogy a Sebes-i Sinka és fiai és Pál fia László elkövették a hatalmaskodást Kappy-i János kárára.
