II. a. Omn. S. Sarus. Sáros megye (Sowar-i Sos Péter mester fia Gyögy ispán és a szolgabírák. Palocz-i Máté nádornak) jelenti Palocz-i Máté nádornak, hogy Kwkemezeye-i Bano László, a megye által kiküldött ember szept. 27-én (III. a. Mich.) Sáros megyében eljárva vizsgálatot tartott, amelynek során Kapy-i András mester fia János panaszát a hatalmaskodás tárgyában jogosnak találta.
