V. p. Epiph. D. in oppido Saros. Sáros megye előtt Razlawicza-i Mihály és Kalnyas-i Simon szolgabírák vallják, hogy VI. a. Lucie Kapy-i László megkeresésére a Sáros megyei Thewlczek possessiora mentek, ott Kapy-i Menyhértet figyelmeztették, hogy a szántóföldeket igazítsa ki, aki ezt elutasította és Kapy Lászlóval akart az ügyben beszélni.
