die quitus supra in oppido Saros. Sáros megye (Warvfalwa-i Wariv János, Tharcza-i Miklós ispán alispánja) tanúsítja, hogy Kapy-i László dec. 11-én (V. p. Conc. Marie) Kapy-i Miklós bizonyos arany gyűrűjére esküt kellett volna tegyen, de Kapy-i Miklós az esküt elengedte.
