Pálóci László országbíró, ismertetve a Bathka-i Lőkös fia Miklós Rede-i Jako János, ennek felesége Margit, Feeled-i Benedek leánya között 1412-ben a hevesújvár- és nógrádmegyei Rede és Cheche possessiokban levő részekbe tervezett iktatás ellenzése miatt támadt per részleteit, felkéri az egri káptalant, hogy iktassa be az említett részek birtokába Kallo-i Lőkös dictus Miklós fiát, Jánost figyelmen kívül hagyva a Rede-iek ellentmondását.- Hátlapján pecsét töredékével.
