Balkány. Buch mester szabolcsi alispán és a négy szolgabíró által tartott törvényszéken Karácsony [Karachun] fia: Miklós balkányi ember bejelentette, hogy átvévén pecsétjüket és megkapván emberüket, Nagy [Nog] András orosi falubírót [villico de Hurus], urának, Imre mesternek nevében a nevezett Nagy Andrással együtt pazonyi [de Pozdon] Buda fiát: Lochot megidézte. Erre Nagy András, visszaadván pecsétjeiket, azt állította, hogy ő nem idézte meg, minthogy Miklós nem ment vele, s állítását esküvel is megerősítette. Papíron, három zárópecsét töredékével.
