Miklós comes ügyvédje, Lád [Laad] fia: István ugyanis bejelentette, hogy a pert hatalmaskodás címén kívánja folytatni; mire a semjéniek ügyvédje, Veres [Verus] Pető kijelentette, hogy ily súlyos ügyben megbízói atyafiainak tanácsa nélkül nem adhat választ.
