Mátyás király közli kapitányaival, s valamennyi lovas és gyalogos hadvezérével, hogy Kallo-i Jánost különös védelmébe vette, ezért őt beszállással ne háborgassák, s ha mégi teszikk, költségeit térítsék meg. Papír - A hajtások mentén lyukas. A szöveg alatt papirfelzetes vörös pecséttel. Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: De commissione domini regis. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
