I. Mátyás király Kallo-i János hűséges szolgálatai jutalmául Külsőszolnok megyéhez csatolja a csanádmegyei Kazapereke nevü possessioját, fekvésére hivatkozva, s ezt az illetékes méltóságok és hatóságok tudomására hozza. Papír - A hajtások mentén lyukas. A szöveg alatt papirfelzetes vörös pecséttel /a felzet leszakadt/. Helység áthelyezése egyik megyéből a másikba. Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: De commissione domini regis comite Stephano de Bathor iudice curie regie referente. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
