[Z]bugya[-i István] Gömör megye ispánja, [Deren]czen-i [Imre] alispán és a szolgabírák bizonyítják, hogy előttük Hanwa-i Sandrinus fiának: néhai András litteratus-nak fia: Péter azt a jobbágytelket Zwranczhaza-ban, amelyet Scarus-i Fythke Balázstól 6 aranyforintért bírt zálogban, ugyanebben az összegben és ugyanolyan feltételek mellett átadja zálogban Scarus-i Tamásnak. A telken jelenleg Symon mint jobbágy él (iobagionaliter residentiam habuisset). - A hátlap alsó szélén: non. Felül hiányos papíron, hátlapján három pecsét darabjaival.
