3. d. Thome martiris. A pozsonyi káptalan jelenti I. Mátyás királynak, hogy miután az Ország Mihály nádor 1468 december 8-i parancsára Pozsony megyében megtartott tanuvallatás alkalmával kihallgatott tanuk megerősítették, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint azt a panaszosok előadták, illetve amint azt a mandátum tartalmazta, a hatalmaskodó Bazini grófokat Chetherthek oppidumból /Pozsony m./ a panaszosok ellenében Vízkereszt nyolcadára a királyi prézencia elé inszinuációval perbe idézték.
