Ország Mihály nádor a pozsonyi káptalannak jelenti, hogy Harasth-i András és Ferenc nevében panaszt tettek Bazini Gróf László, Zsigmond, Simon és Péter ellen, amely szerint ezek a panaszosok Pozsony megyei Gwthor possessiójából bizonyos szántókat, réteket, erdőket, szigeteket és halászó helyeket foglaltak el hatalmaskodva; elrendeli egyben a panasz tárgyában a tanuvallatást és az inszinuációval Vízkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ történő perbeidézést.
