A leleszi konvent jelenti. Bwthka-i Sándor fia Benedek saját, fivérei: Miklós, György és Tamás unokatestvére, Frank és osztályos atyafiai: Kezegh György, Zsigmond fia Benedek, László fia János fia László, Antal fia János nevében a leleszi konvent előtt eltiltja Bwthka-i Andrást attól, hogy a kezére került ügyvédvalló levelükkel birtokjogaik sérelmére bevallást tegyen, és hogy birtokait fiuutód nemlétében lányaira és idegenekre ruházza át.
