Szabolcs megye /Miklós mester és István szabolcsi ispánok és a 4 szolgabíró/ tudtul adja, hgoy Balkan-i János fia László Mindenszentek utáni szombaton a megye előtt megjelenve kötelezte magát, hogy Abraam Loskud-i nemesnek 3 márkát fizet a bírói rész nélkül olyan feltétellel, hogy ha nem fizet, akkor in potencia duelli subcumbetur.
