Leo, Bischof von Wien, merkt unter Berufung auf die wörtlich inserierten Schreiben des Papstes Sixtus IV. (gerichtet an den Erzbischof von Mainz und den Bischof von Wien (Datum Romae apud s. Petrum 1473, IV. idus aprilis), betreffend die Behandlung geistlicher Pfründen und das Präsentationsrecht des Kaisers) und des Kaisers Friedrich III. (Wien 1476 Jänner 4, empfiehlt dem Bischof von Wien seinen Kapellan Andreas Swerczer) den ersten Kapellan des Kaisers Andreas Swerczer für ein Kanoniktat vor. Aussteller: Leo, Bischof von Wien
