Kaiser Friedrich III. beauftragt seinen Rat Marquard Breisacher, zu verhindern, daß Bischof Christoph von Passau dem Stift St. Andrä, das durch eine Feuersbrunst schwer geschädigt wurde, einen Propst aufzudränge er will nämlich die Einsetzung des Seckauer Professen Oswald Rieger, welcher vom Bischof von Seckau nach St. Andrä entsandt worden war, als Propst nicht zulassen und dafür zu sorgen, daß der Kandidat des Bischofs Matthias von Seckau als Propst eingesetzt werde.
