Kaiser Friedrich (III.) übergibt dem vor Jahren von ihm
gestifteten Neukloster sein Amt zu Straßhof (Strasshofn)
mit Leuten, Gütern und allem Zubehör. Dem Kaiser war nämlich
berichtet worden, daß dieses Kloster in den kriegerischen
Zeiten in merklich abnemen und verderben komen
ist. Er übergibt deshalb diesen Besitz dem Abt und Konvent,
damit sy mer conventual bey in haben, den
Gottesdienst halten und für des Stifters und seiner Familie Seelenheil beten
