Abt Johannes des Neuklosters erklärt, daß zu ihm der Propst Wilhelmus der regulierten Chorherren von der Marienkapelle über dem Burgtor gekommen ist, um ihm im Namen seines Kapitels wie Kaiser Friedrichs eine Bulle Papst Pauls (II.)¹ zu überbringen mit der Bitte um deren Durchführung. Kraft Apostolischer Vollmacht errichtet nun Abt Johannes an der St. Ulrichspfarrkirche eine Propstei und übersetzt den Propst Wilhelmus und seinen Konvent dorthin, wo sie auch ihre bisherigen Rechte und Privilegien behalten dürfen. Der öffentliche Notar Marcus Friderici Scheckl bestätigt die Durchführung der Bulle durch Anhängung des äbtlichen Siegels.
Abbot Johannes of the Neukloster declares that Provost Wilhelmus of the Canons Regular from the Chapel of St. Mary above the castle gate came to him to deliver, in the name of his chapter and of Emperor Friedrich, a bull of Pope Paul (II.), with the request for its execution. By virtue of Apostolic authority, Abbot Johannes now establishes a provostship at the parish church of St. Ulrich and transfers Provost Wilhelmus and his convent there, where they may retain their previous rights and privileges. The public notary Marcus Friderici Scheckl confirms the execution of the bull by affixing the abbatial seal.
