Papst Paul (II.) bestätigt den von seinem Vorgänger Papst Nikolaus V. der Kirche des vom Kaiser Friedrich gegründeten Cistercienserklosters in Wiener Neustadt gewährten vollkommenen Ablaß für den Palmtag, obwohl Papst Pius (II.) und er selbst alle Ablässe, die der Apostol. Stuhl gewährt hat, zu Gunsten der Abwehr der Feinde des christlichen Glaubens suspendiert haben. Der Papst bestimmt aber, daß von den anläßlich der Ablaßgewinnung gespendeten Opfergaben die Hälfte an die Apostolische Kammer zur Unterstützung des Kampfes vor allem gegen die böhmischen Häretiker abgeliefert werde, die andere Hälfte aber dem Kloster verbleiben soll.
Pope Paul (II) confirms the plenary indulgence for Palm Sunday granted by his predecessor Pope Nicholas V to the church of the Cistercian monastery in Wiener Neustadt, founded by Emperor Frederick, even though Pope Pius (II) and he himself have suspended all indulgences granted by the Apostolic See in favor of the defense against the enemies of the Christian faith. However, the Pope decrees that half of the offerings made on the occasion of obtaining the indulgence are to be delivered to the Apostolic Chamber to support the fight especially against the Bohemian heretics, while the other half is to remain with the monastery.
