Heinrich Flekhl, Propst, Andreas Grutsch Dechant, Erhart von Köln Kellerer und das gesammte Capitel von Ardagger bekennen, dass der edle Ritter Bernhard von Seusenegg und seine Tochter Dorothea, die Hinterholzerin, sein Eidam Wolfgang der Hinterholzer und sein Vetter Jörg von Seusenegg zum Besten der Pfarrgemeinde Zeillern mit Wissen und Willen Kaiser Friedrichs und des Bischofes Ulrich von Passau der Kirche zu Zeilern mehrere Güter, Dienste und Zehente gegeben haben, dass daselbst für immer ein Priester des Stiftes Ardagger als Pfarrer eingesetzt werde, welcher den gewöhnlichen Gottesdienst besorgen und für das Heil der Stifter und ihrer verstorbenen Verwandten, insbesondere der Frau Barbara, des Bernhart von Seusenegg Hausfrau und des Hanns von Neudegg, der Dorothea Hinterholzerin ersten Ehegatten mehrere Jahrtage abhalten soll. Gesiegelt haben das Capitel und Bernhard von Seusenegg.
Heinrich Flekhl, provost, Andreas Grutsch, dean, Erhart von Köln, cellarer, and the entire chapter of Ardagger acknowledge that the noble knight Bernhard von Seusenegg and his daughter Dorothea, called Hinterholzerin, his son-in-law Wolfgang der Hinterholzer, and his cousin Jörg von Seusenegg, for the benefit of the parish community of Zeillern, with the knowledge and consent of Emperor Friedrich and Bishop Ulrich of Passau, have given to the church of Zeilern several estates, services, and tithes, so that a priest from the monastery of Ardagger shall be appointed there permanently as parish priest, who shall conduct the regular divine service and hold several annual memorial services for the salvation of the founders and their deceased relatives, especially for Lady Barbara, wife of Bernhart von Seusenegg, and for Hanns von Neudegg, the first husband of Dorothea Hinterholzerin.
