Papst Nikolaus (V.) bestätigt auf Bitten König Friedrichs (IV.) die Inkorporierung der Pfarrkirche St. Peter in Laibach samt der benachbarten Johanneskapelle in das Neukloster, das dieser anstelle eines Konvents von Predigerbrüdern gestiftet hat. Bereits der frühere Bischof von Trient und Kardinalpriester tit. s. Laurentii in Damaso, Alexander, hat diese Gründung samt ihrer Dotation de facto bestätigt und mit Zustimmung ihres Rektors diese Kirche dem Kloster inkorporiert, unter Wahrung eines ausreichenden Anteils an den Einkünften für einen ständigen Vikar daselbst, wie auch der Patronats- und Präsentationsrechte des Landesfürsten.
Pope Nicholas (V.), at the request of King Friedrich (IV.), confirms the incorporation of the parish church of St. Peter in Laibach, together with the neighboring chapel of St. John, into the Neukloster, which he has founded in place of a convent of Dominican friars. The former Bishop of Trent and Cardinal Priest of the title of St. Lawrence in Damaso, Alexander, had already de facto confirmed this foundation together with its endowment and, with the consent of its rector, incorporated this church into the monastery, while preserving a sufficient share of the income for a permanent vicar there, as well as the patronage and presentation rights of the territorial lord.
