König Friedrich (IV.) überläßt dem Bürgermeister, Richter, Rat und den Bürgern seiner Stadt Wr. Neustadt und deren Erben pachtweise nutz, gült und rennt folgender ihm zustehender Ämter in der Stadt: des Stadtgerichts samt dem dazugehörigen Landgericht, der Mauten und Grunddienste daselbst, und das Ungeld, samt der Taverne. Die Stadt zahlt dafür 1000 lb d pro Jahr, zahlbar an den vier Quatembertagen. Dies soll gelten für die Zeit von den nächsten Weihnachten an bis zu Weihnachten des Jahres 1450. Der Gesamtbetrag beträgt also 4000 lb d.
King Friedrich (IV.) leases to the mayor, judge, council, and citizens of his city of Wr. Neustadt and their heirs, for rent, use, interest, and income, the following offices to which he is entitled in the city: the city court together with the associated regional court, the tolls and ground services there, and the excise tax, together with the tavern. For this, the city shall pay 1000 pounds denarii per year, payable on the four Ember Days. This shall apply for the period from the coming Christmas until Christmas of the year 1450. The total amount is thus 4000 pounds denarii.
