Laurence Oliver renounces any right he may have in the vicarage of Walton by reason of collation to him by the bishop of Carlisle, before his presentation by the prior and canons; and also any right in the chapel of Triermain, save the mortuaries, as in the bishop's assignment [no. 1831]. Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit Laurentius Oliuer salutem in Domino Noverit universitas vestra me juri si quod habui in vicaria de Walton[] ratione collationis mihi facte per dominum meum episcopum Karl[] ante presentationem quam fecerunt mihi domini mei prior et conventus de Lanrecost[] mere et absolute renunciasse et juri si quod habui in capella de Treuerman similiter renunciavi eisdem salvis mihi mortuariis decedentium juxta tenorem ordinationis per dominum Karl[] episcopum facte In cuius rei testimonium presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Valete Actum [anno] domini m cc l secundo die Innocentium
