Abstract
1725 VI 18
Bischof Christoph Franz von Würzburg belehnt Johann Peter Freymuth als Träger des Klosters Langheim mit dem Fischwasser, die Rodach ("Rottach") genannt, von der Dietersdorfer Brücke bis an die Ummersdorfer Markung; die Belehnung geht zurück auf den Vertrag zwischen dem Hochstift Würzburg und dem Kloster Lagnheim von 1707 und die darin in § 23 getroffene Regelung über die Streitigkeiten bzgl. dieses Fischwassers.
