Urteil des Hofgerichts Kulmbach (Richter: Hans Friedrichn Gottsmann zum Thurn) in der Streitsache zwischen dem Kloster Langheim und Georg von Künßberg einerseits und dem Gotteshaus Kulmbach andererseits wegen des Zehnts auf zwei Tagwerk Feldern zu Wehelitz (Gde. Leuchau, Lk Kulmbach), die Jobst Latuerbach von dem Gotteshaus zu Lehen hat
