Bischof Johann Georg I. zu Bamberg bekräftigt die Investitur Abt Magnus Hofmanns zu Langheim in seine Ämter und belehnt ihn mit allen dem Kloster Langheim zustehenden (Hoheits-) Rechten, Spiritualien und Temporalien. Genaue Investitur- und Belehnungsumstände werden aufgeführt.
