Herdegen Gründlach verzichtet auf fünf Teile eines Hofes und zwei Lehen in Frauendorf, die Markart, Ritter zu Frauendorf, Leopold genannt von Rothen und Bernhard genannt von Ellern im Namen von Obrasi von Lichtenfels und Nentwich zu Frauendorf innehatten, und überträgt sie dem Kloster Langheim.
