Johann Franz Schenk von Stauffenberg, Bischof von Konstanz, erhält zum Unterhalt des Priesterseminars in Meersburg von der dortigen Stadt mehrere Kaplaneibenefizien und übergibt ihr im Gegenzug die Patronatsrechte von Kluftern und Waltershofen sowie das Kaplaneibenefizium zu Rippenhausen sowie zwei Plätze im Seminar für Söhne der Stadt.Johann Franz, Bischof von Konstanz, und der Domdekan und das Domkapitel von Konstanz
