Herzog Albrecht von Bayern-München richtet an das Kloster Niederaltaich die "erste Bitte", dem Michael Kellerman, Sohn des Mautners Hannsen Kellerman zu Straubing, die "nachet ledigen Goeczgabe ewr lehennschaft" zu verleihen.
