Bischof Albrecht von Passau und das Domkapitel verkaufen den Markt Eferding als Lehen an die Grafen Ulrich und Heinrich von Schaumberg und tauschen das Kirchlehen und Gericht zu Eferding gegen das Kirchlehen zu Obernleizz und das Gericht zu Niedernchössla.
