1308 VIII 9, Passau
Abt Wernher und der Konvent des Klosters Niederalteich bekennen, dass ihnen Bischof Wernhard von Passau die Hofmark Seebach, die sie von den Vettern Ortolf und Ortolf von Morsbach gekauft haben und Lehen der Passauer Kirche ist, zu Eigentum übergeben hat, jedoch unter Vorbehalt des Patronatsrechts auf die Kirche in Seebach und der Vogtei über die Hofmark sowie des Rückkaufrechts.
