Beneš z Hořovic slibuje římskému a českému králi Václavovi věrnost i se svou tvrzí Rabštejn [nad Střelou], kterou kdykoli na jeho rozkaz postoupí bez výhrad tomu, koho král určí.Benessius de Hořovice Venceslao, Romanorum et Bohemiae regi, promittit se fidelitatem servare et munitionem suam Rabštejn [nad Střelou], quandocumque et cuilibet rex imperaverit, tradere velle.
