Jindřich řečený Lacenbok z Chlumu slibuje římskému a českému králi Václavovi věrnost i se svou tvrzí Potštejnem, kterou kdykoli na jeho rozkaz postoupí bez výhrad tomu, koho král určí.Henricus dictus Lacenbok de Chlum Venceslao, Romanorum et Bohemiae regi, promittit se fidelitatem servare et munitionem suam Potštejn, quandocumque et cuilibet rex imperaverit, tradere velle.
