Kaiser Karl VI. beauftragt Johann Andreas Pappus von Tratzberg, zu Laubenberg und Rauchenzell, Vogteiverwalter der Herrschaften Bregenz und Hohenegg, als Lehentrager die Feste Altenweiler, Burg und Burgstall, ferner das im Hegau unter Hohentwiel gelegene Dorf Singen von Abt Leodegar des Gotteshauses St. Gallen als Lehen zu empfangen.
