Die Frauenzeche zu Stratzing, Stephan von Weitra und andere genannte Holden bestätigen, dass ihnen das Kloster Zwettl die Dienste von genannten Lehen für zwölf Jahre vermindert haben.$$Siegler: Niklas Phleger, Ratsmitglied zu Krems, und Wiltpold der Harber, Bürger zu Krems. Geben zu Krembs an sand Kolmans tag.
