Der steirische Landeshauptmann Graf Sigmund Friedrich zu Trautmansdorff fordert auf Klage des P. Andreas Guetsolt Societas Jesu, Regens des Grazer Ferdinandeums und des Judenburger hl. Geist Stiftes, die WeißkirchnerZechpröpste wegen der dem klägerischen Untertan Thomas Weigl verübten Gewalt vor das Hofrecht am 9. November dieses Jahres.
