Abt Sigmund, Bruder Leonhard und der Konvent von St. Lambrecht verkaufen mit Zustimmung des Königs Ferdinand I. ddto. 1557 XII 05, Wien, auf ewige Zeiten dem Sekretär des Abtes Silvester Windhager sämtliche(?) Güter in der Mitschawitz um eine nicht genannte Geldsumme.
