Dr. Johannes Ernst „in namen und von wegen des erwürdigen in got herren Johann abbt zu Peliss und pharer zu Gräcz“ empfängt von dem Abt Valentin 8 Pfd. Pfennige „von wegen des weinzehent zw Weinzurl“ für das Jahr 1539 und sagt daher den Abt Valentin dieser 8 Pfund „in namen und von wegen des obbemelten erwürdigen heren abbt Johann hiemit quitt ledig.“
