Georg Prunnhaymer, Pfleger zum Stein, als dieser Sache gesetzter Urbarrichter, erkennt zu Recht: Erhard Mair zu St. Johann in der Masintz habe sein Recht auf die zu Niederdorf gelegenen und von ihm abgewüstete Hube verwirkt und der Abt von St. Lambrechtkönne nun dieselbe einziehen und frei damit schalte.
