Ulrich von Wallsee, Hauptmann und „trueschanz“ (Truchseß?) in Steier, gelobt unserer Frauen zu (Maria-) Zell eine Mark Geldes (Gülten) und übergibt bis zu deren Ankauf dem genannten Gotteshaus einstweilen sein Haus zu „Freileit“ (Frohnleiten).
