Joseph Hueber übergibt die unterm 12. May 1750 durch Kauff an sich gebrachte Freystiftsgerechtigkeit an und auf der Riegerhueb, insgemain das Hueberguet, am Pach zu Oberflossing, seinem Sohn Johann Hueber.
