Symon Heynndel lic. in decret. prepositus Neuburgeclaustralis hat als Exekutor von Abt und Convent von Melk die Urkunde von Papst Pius II. 1462 Oktober 5 (n. 1567); fr. Wolffgangus de Neuburga Forensi Profeß von Melk ist Syndikus und Prokurator für Abt und Convent von Melk; Symon zitiert alle Interessierten für 17. Jänner nach Wien in sein Haus, die Zitation wird an den Kirchentüren angeschlagen: St. Stefan in Wien, im Kloster Melk und in Weykendorff. Notar: Johannes Peck consistorii Wiennens.
