    Fridericus dei gratia Romanorum Imperator semper Augustus, Jerusaleme et Sicilie rex. Per presens scriptum notum fieri uolumus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod nos diuine remuneracionis intuitu, quo personas deo dicatas respicimus, venerandum abbatem monasterii de Lambach fidelem nostrum, monasterium ipsum, personas ibidem domino famulantes cum bonis et juribus suis, que iuste tenent et possident et in antea iusto aquisitionis titulo poterunt adipisci, sub nostra et imperii speciali recepimus protectione, mandantes et precipientes firmiter et districte, quatinus nullus sit, qui dictum abbatem, monasterium et personas ibidem deo famulantes in bonis et iuribus suis, que racionabiliter possident, contra huius protectionis nostre tenorem presumat aliquatinus molestare. Quod qui presumpserit, indignationem nostram se nouerit incursurum. Ad huius rei memoriam et robur in posterum ualiturum presens scriptum fieri et sigillo maiestatis nostre iussimus communiri. Actum apud Wyennam anno domini millesimo ducentesimo tricesimo septimo, mense Januario, decime indictionis.
