Nos Wilhelmus dei gratia abbas sancte Marie Scotorum in Wienna presentibus protestamur, quod cum venerabilis dominus Walchunus abbas de Altenburch citatus a domino Nycolao priore de Nurenberch, qui se dicit collectorem censuum sancte Romane ecclesie debitorum, venisset ad nostram ecclesiam apud Wiennam, volens mandatis apostolicis prout tenebatur, tamquam filius obediens in omnibus obedire, et mediantibus nobis libenter habuisset commissionis siue mandati eiusdem collectoris, quod adhuc sufficiens nunquam receperat neque viderat sueque presencie copiam accedendi, sed et quod intenderet agere contra ipsum, et suam ecclesiam libencius cognouisset, paratus suis propositis secundum omnem formam iusticie deliberacione prehabita respondere, prenominatus dominus abbas de Altenburch, quia prior siue collector predictus sibi copiam, quam petiuit humiliter et quesiuit, facere noluit predictorum, senciens se et suam ecclesiam indebite pregrauatum et exspensas cum laboribus sibi sine meritis intulisse, inuocato nostro testimonio super premissis omnibus, cum nostro consilio sine fine ad propria remeauit. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus duximus adponendum Datum et actum in Wienna, anno domini MCC. nonagesimo secundo, decimo Kalendas Aprilis.
