1440 April 14.
Rudolf von Tiernstein belehnt Otto Faychter mit Gülten, Grund und Gütern am "Wachof" auf Weingärten gegen Asperhofen ("Aspershoffen") und auf der "Schernplatten", die sein väterliches Erbe sind, nach Lehensrecht und Landrecht in Österreich.
