1414 September 16.
Elisabeth von Rosenharts, Tochter Jörg des Eitzingers, vermacht ihrem Mann Rapper von Rosenharts ihr halbes Haus Wasen (Gmd. Neumarkt, GB Ybbs), das Lehen Albrechts V. ist, und ihren Anteil am Haus Zierberg (KG Nettingsdorf, OG Ansfelden, PB Linz-Land), das Lehen des Bischofs von Passau ist, für den Fall, daß sie keine Kinder miteinander haben sollten.
