Otto von Maissau belehnt Ulrich den Hohenwarther von Hohenwarth mit einer Geldgült und 50 Mtzen Dinsthafer zu Frauenhofen, dem Drittelzehent und einer Geldgült zu Oberstrahlbach, einer Geldgült zu Fistritz (GB Raabs), einem Hof zu Frauenhofen samt Zugehörung, sowie 2 Lehen und einer Geldgült zu Stiefern.
